I'm a Cambridge local with a lifelong passion for property and a career that has given me experience across lettings, management, refurbishments, investment and sales.
Hood Homes has evolved alongside the property market. Today, our core focus is specialist lettings and property management, working with property owners to understand not just how their property can be let, but how it can best be used and managed.
We don't believe every landlord or every property should automatically follow the same model. A traditional long-term tenancy may be the right solution for one property. Another may be better suited to short-term accommodation, an HMO-style arrangement, refurbishment before letting, or a different strategy entirely.
Our job is to understand the property, the numbers, the location, current market conditions and, importantly, the owner's own objectives before advising on the options available. My background across different areas of the property industry allows us to take that broader view.
Although lettings and management are now at the heart of Hood Homes, our wider experience and professional relationships mean we can also assist owners with refurbishment, investment decisions and the sales process where appropriate.
The result is a more flexible and considered approach to property — one designed around the individual property rather than forcing it into a predetermined service.
